Fort Street Studio

Fort Street Studio founders, Janis Provisor and Brad Davis, base their rug designs on watercolors - gestural, abstract, and soft. No hard edges here! Thousands of colors are required to create these rugs in order to achieve the soft gradations of color intensities - and every rug is 100% silk. They started the studio in 1996 while living in China with their young son. After years of hard work and determination, their dream - and their art form - was realized. They are now based out of New York City, and working hard to perfect their work. These are some of my faves!...

Trend Alert - N E O N !

According to Elle Decor, Glamour, and a slew of bloggers out there, NEON anything is what we will be seeing a lot of this spring. And with daylight savings right around the corner, spring is certainly in the air! I'm loving the shockingly electric colors for this season - whether they exist in accessories, clothing, or home goods. The key is to obviously not over do it - Check out these eye catching items!
