Urban Gardens

Just because you have a small home, with no outdoor access, doesn't mean you can't have yourself a beautiful, interesting, air purifying urban garden INDOORS! Check out these interesting gardening solutions for small spaces...

Windowfarms (above images) has the most unique gardening solutions for small spaces and urban windows. Their mission is simple, yet bold - to empower urban dwellers to grow some of their own food inside year-round.

I love this colorful cactus terrarium!

You can really use any type of vessel for a terrarium - keep it simple or go for something a little more interesting like this one.

This lightbulb greenhouse is just amazing. How do they get those plants in there?

Saw this cool planter at ICFF last month

Bel-air Mini Mobile Greenhouse

These are IKEA glass display cases, turned indoor greenhouse!

Another great IKEA transformation.. Utensil holders turned planters. These have been hooked on a chain link fence in the owner's urban backyard. But I could see these being strung together and hung like the lightbulbs, in one of the previous images above, if you don't have outdoor access.
